PLA Cat Eye Gel Polish
All products in this collection can be used with a professional 3-step gel system. After applying the base coat, apply the cat eye gel polish and hold the PLA Magnetic Cat Eye pen over the wet polish, so the magnetic field can pull the pigment into a concentrated line or pattern, then cure under an LED lamp and finish with top coat! | All PLA Nail Products are 10-free!
