SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PLA ships the same day on all orders placed before 2 pm PST, Monday-Friday. All orders are processed within 72 hours, during business days. We protect our orders with PLA Shipping Protection to give you the best possible delivery experience. With PLA Shipping Protection, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that these issues arise.

All PLA orders come with PLA Shipping Protection, unless deselected. If you choose to not protect your order with PLA Shipping Protection, PLA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Please reach out to sales@plapro.com within 48 hours of delivery if there are any items missing or any issues with your order.

PLA is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and we do not ship or process orders.

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

PLA ships the same day on all orders placed before 2 pm PST. All orders are processed within 72 hours.

  • Shipments are processed on normal working business days, Monday-Friday.

  • PLA may experience a high volume of orders during our sales and promotions, and holidays and you may experience shipping and processing delays.

  • PLA is not responsible for lost packages if the wrong address was entered. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide accurate shipping and contact information. We DO NOT and CANNOT edit customer’s addresses in any way.

  • PLA is not liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages if a customer forgoes PLA Shipping Protection.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard shipping times are on average 1-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you selected during check out, and the location of your shipping address. Delivery time includes processing and shipping time.

USPS Ground Advantage and Free Standard shipping times are only estimates and NOT guaranteed.

  • USPS Ground Advantage is estimated to take 2-5+ business days to arrive.

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $125.00. As a thank you to our customers, PLA offers free standard shipping on orders over $125.00. Free standard shipping is estimated to take 2-5+ business days to arrive. Final sale items are ineligible for this promotion.

Once your parcel leaves the PLA Warehouse, shipping times are dependent on the carrier. If you have order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is “not delivered”) you must contact PLA Customer Service within 7 days after the last tracking update for U.S. domestic shipments.

 

EXPEDITE SHIPPING

These times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, mechanical errors, and other unexpected conditions. Expedited shipping does NOT deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, excluding federal holidays.

  • FedEx Standard Overnight is a guaranteed next business day (Monday-Friday) shipping service, arriving by 4:30 p.m. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders placed before 2pm PST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day from PLA.

  • PLA One Rate Delivery is an estimated 2 business day (Monday-Friday) shipping service. Please note that this shipping option is not available to deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders placed before 2pm PST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day from PLA.

Please allow up to 5 days of processing time during a sale due to high volume. Chosen shipping rate applies for shipping time, not processing time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping averages 3 to 21 days. Delivery time may vary depending on your country and the shipping carrier you selected during check out.

  • DHL Express estimated delivery time for international orders: 2-5 business days.

  • FedEx International Express + International Priority provides delivery in 1-3 business days worldwide.

  • FedEx International Connect typically delivers in 1-5 business days worldwide.

  • USPS estimated delivery time for international orders: 7-21 business days.

Once your parcel leaves the PLA Warehouse, shipping times are dependent on the carrier. Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is “not delivered”) must be filed no sooner than 20 days with PLA for international shipments, including Canada unless a Canadian merchant is shipping within Canada, and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

  • PLA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange any unused or unopened products within 10 days from the day you received your order.

 

Liquid products, including adhesive, primers and bonders, nail polish, and cream based products cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with your adhesive contact our customer service via email at sales@plapro.com.

 

All PLA Kits, including our Classic, Classic and Volume, and Educator Kits cannot be returned.

 

All PLA Tweezers can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase. We know tweezers are very personal, and we want to make sure you find the pair that's right for you.

 

Store credits for exchanges will be completed once items are received at the PLA warehouse. Shipping and PLA Shipping Protection costs are non-refundable.

 

Items in replacement packages are ineligible for return or exchange. In the event that your replacement product arrives damaged, please contact customer service and a resolution will be reached.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add PLA Shipping Protection at checkout. When you add PLA Shipping Protection at checkout, you can easily file an issue for a lost, stolen, or damaged package. When you file an issue, it will be reviewed by the PLA Customer Service team for a reorder within 1-2 business days.

 

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at sales@plapro.com and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

What is PLA Shipping Protection?

Adding PLA Shipping Protection means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, you can report an issue with the PLA Customer Service team and they will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer. Once purchased, PLA Shipping Protection is non-refundable.

 

Shipping insurance does not guarantee coverage on every package. Each claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for approval.

 

Shipping insurance does not cover packages with incorrect addresses. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. We DO NOT and CANNOT edit the customer’s addresses in any way.

 

What are PLA’s Protection Policies?

 

“Marked As Delivered”

 

Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.

Orders over $250 USD require a police report

“Stuck In Transit”

 

Issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (US), 60 days from order date

Issues can be approved no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (International), 60 days from order date

What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

 

To protect your order against loss or theft, add PLA Shipping Protection at checkout. When you add PLA Shipping Protection, you can easily file an issue for a lost, stolen, or damaged package. When you contact PLA Customer Service with an issue, it will be reviewed by our team for reorder within 1-2 business days.
