From rich forest greens and earthy neutrals and shimmering accents, these professional magnetic gel polishes were designed for nail artists who love creating elegant, nature-inspired nail designs.

 

Each gel polish is formulated with magnetic pigments that can be manipulated using a magnet, creating a dimensional line of light that shifts with movement. Cure under a UV/LED lamp and enjoy long-lasting, chip resistant wear.

Do I need a white or black base coat?

You do not need to use a white or black base color with PLA Cat Eye polishes. However, using a black or white base coat can change the way the color appears. 

How long do you have to hold the magnet for?

When creating designs with the magnet pen, do not move it too fast. Keep a steady slow movement around the nail for best results. 

What is included with PLA Cat Eye Collections?

Each of our Collections (Once Upon a Time, Y2K, Color Theory, and Lunar Eclipse) include 18 curated Cat Eye Polishes, a magnetic pen, Auora Chrome Powder, and the matching swatch board.

How do I use the Chrome Powder?

  1. Apply Cat Eye gel polish and cure completely.
  2. Apply PLA Top It Off and cure for 15–30 seconds
  3. Using an applicator, rub chrome powder over the entire nail.
  4. Seal with another layer of PLA Top It Off and cure for 60 seconds.

What is Cat Eye Gel Polish?

Cat Eye polishes contain colorful, magnetized particles. When you hover specialized magnets around the wet gel polish, you can see the particles move, creating different effects and art in the polish.

What do I need for Cat Eye Designs?

Depending on the desired design or art, you can use a specialized magnet to create designs on the nail. Our polish is also chrome-ready, which means you can use the included chrome powder before you use the top coat. Cat Eye allows creativity, so play around using the included pen!

Do you need to cure before using the magnet?

Use your magnet and complete any designed before curing the nails. Curing your nail will lock in the Cat Eye particles, so the design cannot be changed once cured with a UV Nail Lamp.
