In the Super Charged tray, every fan is positioned at the base rather than at the apex or middle. The fans are also spaced 2mm apart, giving your tweezers easier access to each individual fan.

This placement allows you to position your tweezers securely just above the bonding point, grab the complete fan and pull it straight up from the strip. From there, you can just dip the fan into fresh adhesive and place it directly onto the natural lash.

There is no need to pick up the fan from an awkward position, set it back down and reposition your tweezers before application. The tray is designed to eliminate unnecessary movements and help you maintain a smoother rhythm throughout the appointment.

Why Fan Positioning Matters

Traditional ProMade fans typically feature a closed, bonded base. ProMade 2.0™ features an open base designed to wrap around the natural lash. When correctly applied, the fan base can envelop the natural lash and mimic the secure wrap traditionally created with a handmade volume fan.

Each ProMade 2.0™ fan has a bonding site that acts as a support point during application. The natural lash can lean against this point while the open portion of the base wraps around it, helping the fan maintain its structure throughout placement.

The slightly wider base creates more attachment area, while the fan’s fibers are bonded 1mm to 6mm above the base depending on the fan length. This allows the individual fibers below the bonding point to be coated in fresh adhesive and wrap around the natural lash.

The combination of the wider attachment area, open base and fresh adhesive can help create a secure connection and improved retention when the fan is applied correctly.

Dense, Polished Results Without Sacrificing Flexibility

ProMade 2.0™ fans are precisely made with a moderately narrow shape and long-stem base. This design creates a dense, polished lash line while maintaining the flexibility needed for the base to wrap.

Each single-length box contains 500 handmade fans made with 0.03-0.07-diameter, top-quality Korean PBT. The fans are soft, flexible, deep black and designed to create full volume without looking stiff or overly plastic.

Super Charged ProMade 2.0™ is available in C, CC and D curls, with single lengths ranging from 8mm to 16mm.

How to Apply Super Charged ProMade 2.0™

Correct pickup and placement are essential for experiencing the full benefit of ProMade 2.0™ Wrapping Technology.

Follow these steps:

1. Position your tweezers straight across the fan, securely gripping the entire fan just above the bonding point.

2. Pull the fan straight up from the strip.

3. Dip the base into fresh adhesive.

4. Place the fan at the bottom or side of the natural lash.

5. Gently push the open base into the natural lash until you see it begin to wrap around the lash.

The bonding site helps support the natural lash as you guide the base around it. Avoid gripping only part of the fan or pulling it at an angle, as securing the full fan supports better control during application.

What Is the Difference Between Original ProMade and ProMade 2.0™?

Both options are professionally handmade, but they are designed to create different application experiences and finished looks.

Original PLA ProMade fans have an ultra-slim, pinched and bonded base. This creates an airy look with clean, consistent placement.

ProMade 2.0™ features a slightly wider, open base designed to wrap around the natural lash. Its moderately narrow fan shape helps create a darker, denser lash line, while the wider base provides increased attachment area.

Neither option replaces the other. The best choice depends on your technique, desired result and preferred base style. Artists who love a slim, bonded base may prefer original ProMades, while artists looking for wrap-ability and a wider attachment area may choose ProMade 2.0™.

What if you love the quality and consistency of ProMade fans but prefer working with loose fans?

Traditional loose fans can require additional preparation before an appointment. Artists may need to search through the box, organize their fans and place them onto a silicone pad before they can begin lashing. Depending on how the fans are positioned, they may also need to be picked up, put back down and picked up again closer to the base.

Loose & Improved was created to simplify that process.

Each fan is positioned with its base directly on the strip and spaced 2mm apart. This gives your tweezers easier access to the correct pickup point while keeping the fans clean, visible and organized inside a compact box.

When you are ready to lash, simply grab the fan at the base, pull it from the strip and place it onto your tile. You get the flexibility of working with loose fans without starting every appointment with a disorganized box.
